| The theory that Nessie is a ghost is quite an old one, and a theory that has been attributed to numerous sightings across the world of lake and sea serpents with charectoristics of the plesiasaur.
I am interested in the land dwelling creatures, where are all the Triceratops, Brachiasaur, and T-Rex gone? |

| Huh...apparently the theory of Nessie being a ghost hasn't made its way to the US or isn't a prevelant theory here. It was the first we've heard of it, but regardless, I'm agreeing with it! |

| I thought they must be about, there is a definite feeling in the museum, although i understand a lot of them are replica's there are some which were found in this country. i am very self concious writing on the site as i just go with what i feel and have no real background. Regardless of the fact they are extinct something must remain. somewhere. can an investigation be done? i imagine its not that simple.... |

We're actually heading down south at the end of summer/fall... We're debating about going back to NYC and would be touring the Natural History Museum, or heading down to Philly to tour Eastern State and the Mutter Museum. |

LOL We'll be in Ohio in August for a family reunion. Some day you'll make it to my parts, or me yours.
Greylady - that is a very good point! We went to the Florida Keys in August ones, and man was it hot, but it was heaven pretty much "living" in the ocean all day and half the night. That was the most tan I ever was...
Speaking of dinosaurs, we found this place in Connecticut that has some original preserved tracks. It's only a couple hours of a drive from where we live so we thought we might make a weekend out of it and go see the park, and then tour Gillette Castle. Here's the info...
