Mike, relay good pictures, i think that the light seem to have like a colour spectrum to it, it could be lens flare, but im no expert, i have to ask though, the Gravestones, why are they stacked in Concrete like that?

This is at the rear of the cemetery and these graves had the ashes in of those that were cremated. There are traditional graves further round the cemetery, but this section is almost below ground level and full of these weird stones. Some of them had been removed which was really sad.

Very strange photo Mike, how old is the cemetary, and what do you think the light is?

The main section of the cemetery was built on a 15 acre plot in 1873, and a further 8 acres were acquired in 1894.
The crematorium building was built in 1901, but by 1961 it became disused and the services were transferred to the Chanterlands-avenue site.
I have no idea what the light is, or why it occured. I had a hat on, and have short hair anyway. I had the camera at arms length, and due to the lack of light just point and click without looking through the view finder.
